Il Palazzo is a wonderful Maison de Charme located on the Sorrento Seaside.
This boutique hotel is a classic example of liberty style building, completely renovated in 2010. The villa is surrounded by a wonderful garden with many examples of trees.
On the ground floor there are the reception and the breakfast areas. The swimming pool is immersed in the garden, offering a unique moments of relax. The access to the beach is just 50mts far; the centre of Sorrento with all the shops, railway station, ferry port is just 1km far. The villa has in total 9 rooms: superior, de luxe, terrace room and junior suite.
The Superior Room are 2, each one is about 22sqm. Both have two single beds or a double king size bed, lcd tv, wifi, safe, minibar, air conditioning/heating; the bathroom is equipped with shower, bathrobe, hairdryer, fine linen.
The Deluxe Room is 32 sqm. It has a small balcony and it is equipped with two single beds or a double king size bed, lcd tv, wifi, safe, minibar, air conditioning/heating. The bathroom has an hairdryer, shower, bathrobe and fine linen.
The Terrace Room is 18sqm. It is located on the top floor with a private access by elevator. The room is surrounded by a stunning view terrace of 100sqm. The Terrace Room is equipped with a double king size bed, lcd tv, wifi, minibar, safe, air conditioning/heating, direct telephone. The bathroom is equipped with bathrobe, fine linen, shower and hairdryer.
The most exclusive room is the Junior Suite. It is about 42sqm with a balcony and an intimate lounge living. The Junior Suite has 2 single beds or a double king size bed, lcd tv, wifi, a safe, minibar, air conditioning/heating, direct telephone. The bathroom is equipped with bath, shower, hairdryer, bathrobe and fine linen.

Check in times
Check in is preferred on Saturdays from 15.30 to 20.00. For arrivals after 20:00 until 22:00 there is an extra charge of EUR 50.00; no arrivals will be accepted after 22.00.
Those who arrive after 22.00 will need to check at our office at 9.00 a.m the following day.
The approximate arrival time, way of arrival (by air and/or using a car or public transportation) including flight or train details and contact number needs to be communicated to us by email at least a week before the arrival. This will help us arrange a meeting that addresses all your needs and questions. In case you are delayed, please give us a telephone call to advise the estimated time of arrival.
Guests must depart by 10.00 a.m. For departures before 9:00 a.m security deposit can be held and sent back by electronic draft to your bank after checking any damage caused during the stay.
Departure time has to be communicated upon arrival or during the rental period and at least 3 days before departure.
For apartments that accept animals an extra charge and an extra security deposit will be required.

Policies & disclaimers
A deposit of 40% of the rental cost is required and payable on booking.
Confirmation will not be effected until the whole of the deposit has been received.
The balance must be paid within 45 days before arrival.
Any extra cost must be paid in cash and on arrival.
At the arrival it is also require a security deposit for any damage caused during the stay.
PENALTIES AND CANCELLATIONS:
If for any reason the customer intends to cancel the reservation, the customer must pay a fee based on the total rental cost calculated from the beginning of the lease period, according to the following:
