Mareluna lies only 300 metres from the main square of Ravello, the city of classical music, which captured the heart of many painters and writers. The property has large gardens and terraces overlooking the sea and the coast. The access is through a private path and then by 59 steps from the gate of the property.
The interiors are smartly furnished; they joy being here comes from being outside. The Villa is on two levels and has 5 bedrooms
The first floor is made up of:
a large living room open to the dining room. Both rooms have exits on the patio and the garden overlooking the sea.
- A very well furnished kitchen with stove top, oven, fridge, dishwasher and microwave
- A bathroom with a shower
- A bathroom with lavabo and toilet (no shower)
Twenty steps take you to the second floor composed of:
- A double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with a bathtub (hand shower) and 2 exits to the large terrace overlooking the sea
- A double bedroom and exit on the large terrace withsea view
- A double bedroom and exit on the large terrace with sea view
- A double bedroom with a window and with garden view
- A double room with garden view and possibility to have twin beds
- A complete bathroom with shower
- A room having only a shower
Washing machine is in a outdoor room
Maid service is available if requested.
On request, an Italian chef is avaliable at very reasonable rates to prepare your meals.
The nearest parking, bus stop, restaurants and cafés are all within a spectacular walk.

Check in times
Check in is preferred on Saturdays from 15.30 to 20.00. For arrivals after 20:00 until 22:00 there is an extra charge of EUR 50.00; no arrivals will be accepted after 22.00.
Those who arrive after 22.00 will need to check at our office at 9.00 a.m the following day.
The approximate arrival time, way of arrival (by air and/or using a car or public transportation) including flight or train details and contact number needs to be communicated to us by email at least a week before the arrival. This will help us arrange a meeting that addresses all your needs and questions. In case you are delayed, please give us a telephone call to advise the estimated time of arrival.
Guests must depart by 10.00 a.m. For departures before 9:00 a.m security deposit can be held and sent back by electronic draft to your bank after checking any damage caused during the stay.
Departure time has to be communicated upon arrival or during the rental period and at least 3 days before departure.
For apartments that accept animals an extra charge and an extra security deposit will be required.

Policies & disclaimers
A deposit of 40% of the rental cost is required and payable on booking.
Confirmation will not be effected until the whole of the deposit has been received.
The balance must be paid within 45 days before arrival.
Any extra cost must be paid in cash and on arrival.
At the arrival it is also require a security deposit for any damage caused during the stay.
PENALTIES AND CANCELLATIONS:
If for any reason the customer intends to cancel the reservation, the customer must pay a fee based on the total rental cost calculated from the beginning of the lease period, according to the following:
