Nonna Anna is situated in one of the oldest areas of Ravello, in “Lacco area”.
It is an apartment restored the 2008 and reachable by a series of approximately 15 outdoor; widely graded steps, only a short walk from the characteristic Piazza Fontana and just 10 minutes walk from Ravello´s square and shops are at 50/100 mt away.
Though once at the property the views will surely reward all visitors; The arch windows panorama looks directly down across the sea!
The apartment is well equipped and is on 2 levels:
First level
- A specious open plan kitchen complete of stove top, oven, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster and kettle
- A living/dining room with a terrace overlooking the sea, chimney and TV
- A bedroom with a double bed;
- A bedroom with a single bed
- A bathroom with a Jacuzzi;
- A terrace overlooking the sea, village of Minori, Maiori and the mountains; the terrace is furnished with table and chairs. The bedrooms and the living/dining give on to the same terrace
The second level is located getting down 15 steps from the dining area and is made up of:
- A studio with a double sofa bed. (Please note: there is not the PC that is in the picture; internet is only possible in the living located on the first level and with its own laptop so make sure to have your computer
- A bathroom with shower;
On request, an Italian chef is avaliable at very reasonable rates to prepare your meals.
Maid service is available if requested.
Bus stop, car park, restaurants and cafés are all within a spectacular walk.

Check in times
Check in is preferred on Saturdays from 15.30 to 20.00. For arrivals after 20:00 until 22:00 there is an extra charge of EUR 50.00; no arrivals will be accepted after 22.00.
Those who arrive after 22.00 will need to check at our office at 9.00 a.m the following day.
The approximate arrival time, way of arrival (by air and/or using a car or public transportation) including flight or train details and contact number needs to be communicated to us by email at least a week before the arrival. This will help us arrange a meeting that addresses all your needs and questions. In case you are delayed, please give us a telephone call to advise the estimated time of arrival.
Guests must depart by 10.00 a.m. For departures before 9:00 a.m security deposit can be held and sent back by electronic draft to your bank after checking any damage caused during the stay.
Departure time has to be communicated upon arrival or during the rental period and at least 3 days before departure.
For apartments that accept animals an extra charge and an extra security deposit will be required.

Policies & disclaimers
A deposit of 40% of the rental cost is required and payable on booking.
Confirmation will not be effected until the whole of the deposit has been received.
The balance must be paid within 45 days before arrival.
Any extra cost must be paid in cash and on arrival.
At the arrival it is also require a security deposit for any damage caused during the stay.
PENALTIES AND CANCELLATIONS:
If for any reason the customer intends to cancel the reservation, the customer must pay a fee based on the total rental cost calculated from the beginning of the lease period, according to the following:
