Villa del Principe is located on the beautiful coastal road and not far from Amalfi and Minori (about 2 Km from each village), a good location to discover and enjoy the Amalfi Coast.�
Suite Giardino is a romantic apartment that can sleep two persons. As a guest of Suite Giardino, you will have exclusive use of a large terrace, located directly above the sea, from where you will enjoy a splendid view of the sea and of the coast of Amalfi.
A short pathway through the garden will take you from the terrace to the swimming pool, the solarium and to the sea. Apartment of 30 square meters (320 square feet), sleeps two persons, located directly above the sea in a large villa that includes a garden, a sea-water swimming pool (10 x 6 meters, about 33 x 20 feet) and private access to the sea.
The Villa is composed by several apartments one of those is Suite Giardino made up of:
- a bedroom with double bed, a large private terrace with a view of the sea, equipped with garden furniture;
- a small living room with a view of the sea;
- a bathroom with bath tub;
- a kitchen with refrigerator;
- 4-burner cooker and hood fan.
- It is furnished in a pleasant and practical way, with antique pieces.
Guests of Suite Giardino have the use of the swimming pool (from April to October), solarium, private access to the sea, and comfortably-furnished places to relax in the garden.

Parking, air conditioning/heating, a cleaning during your stay and the final one, usage of the pool (weather permitting) and of the platform over the sea (both shared with the other guests of the villa) linens and towels, taxes, electricity and concierge service 24h are included in the price.�
Paying an extra charge, it’s possible to have breakfast and daily cleaning.

Check in times
Check in is preferred on Saturdays from 15.30 to 20.00. For arrivals after 20:00 until 22:00 there is an extra charge of EUR 50.00; no arrivals will be accepted after 22.00.
Those who arrive after 22.00 will need to check at our office at 9.00 a.m the following day.
The approximate arrival time, way of arrival (by air and/or using a car or public transportation) including flight or train details and contact number needs to be communicated to us by email at least a week before the arrival. This will help us arrange a meeting that addresses all your needs and questions. In case you are delayed, please give us a telephone call to advise the estimated time of arrival.
Guests must depart by 10.00 a.m. For departures before 9:00 a.m security deposit can be held and sent back by electronic draft to your bank after checking any damage caused during the stay.
Departure time has to be communicated upon arrival or during the rental period and at least 3 days before departure.
For apartments that accept animals an extra charge and an extra security deposit will be required.

Policies & disclaimers
A deposit of 40% of the rental cost is required and payable on booking.
Confirmation will not be effected until the whole of the deposit has been received.
The balance must be paid within 45 days before arrival.
Any extra cost must be paid in cash and on arrival.
At the arrival it is also require a security deposit for any damage caused during the stay.
PENALTIES AND CANCELLATIONS:
If for any reason the customer intends to cancel the reservation, the customer must pay a fee based on the total rental cost calculated from the beginning of the lease period, according to the following:
