The apt “Villa dei Fiori” is so named because the owner is enamoured with flowers; in fact, this house is full of beautifully coloured flowers. In addition, the property is surrounded by lemon trees and has a magnificent view of the sea and of the village of Minori.
In this village you can still live old traditions: by walking around its little streets, you can meet old peasants coming back from their farms, wine yards or lemon yards, typically dressed, and with their heavy wood baskets full of vegetables, lemons and flowers. All this gives the idea of being in an ancient époque, helping you to understand the aim of life in a typical farmer village in southern Italy.
Villa dei fiori is located in the old Via Torre and is reachable by walking up 161 steps that start from the center of Minori. After passing the main gate, you encounter a spectacular green path covered with lemon trees. Walking through it, at a distance of 50 meters, you arrive at the large terrace in front of the house’s ground floor, which overlooks the sea.
The apartment is on 2 floors and is about 90 mq (terrace not included in the size).
The ground floor is made up of:
- A living room with sofa bed and terrace overlooking the sea;
- A bedroom with king size bed and terrace overlooking the sea;
- A very well furnished kitchen complete with fridge, stove top and oven and terrace overlooking the sea;
- A bathroom with bath
- A laudry
The first floor is made up of:
- A double room with king size bed and a terrace overlooking the sea and the hill of Ravello;
- A bathroom with shower
From the house you can also reach the nearest village of Maiori, by walking through its characteristic streets.
On request, an Italian chef is avaliable at very reasonable rates to prepare your meals.
Maid service available if requested.

Check in times
Check in is preferred on Saturdays from 15.30 to 20.00. For arrivals after 20:00 until 22:00 there is an extra charge of EUR 50.00; no arrivals will be accepted after 22.00.
Those who arrive after 22.00 will need to check at our office at 9.00 a.m the following day.
The approximate arrival time, way of arrival (by air and/or using a car or public transportation) including flight or train details and contact number needs to be communicated to us by email at least a week before the arrival. This will help us arrange a meeting that addresses all your needs and questions. In case you are delayed, please give us a telephone call to advise the estimated time of arrival.
Guests must depart by 10.00 a.m. For departures before 9:00 a.m security deposit can be held and sent back by electronic draft to your bank after checking any damage caused during the stay.
Departure time has to be communicated upon arrival or during the rental period and at least 3 days before departure.
For apartments that accept animals an extra charge and an extra security deposit will be required.

Policies & disclaimers
A deposit of 40% of the rental cost is required and payable on booking.
Confirmation will not be effected until the whole of the deposit has been received.
The balance must be paid within 45 days before arrival.
Any extra cost must be paid in cash and on arrival.
At the arrival it is also require a security deposit for any damage caused during the stay.
PENALTIES AND CANCELLATIONS:
If for any reason the customer intends to cancel the reservation, the customer must pay a fee based on the total rental cost calculated from the beginning of the lease period, according to the following:
