Villa Pulsano is an outstanding sea front property consisting of two houses surrounded by a 5000 sq. m. terraced garden with a private tennis court and a swimming pool.
The property has 2 entrances through an electronic gate directly into the garden or in a private garage, fit for 6 cars. The garage is connected to the house through a private elevator. the first stop is to the Spa Floor. There we find an "emotional trail" consisting of many showers with different temperatures, a Turkish bath, a room for beauty treatments and massages. Professional masseur and therapist can be provided on request. Coming up with the elevator to the next stop you´ll arrive to the big lawn that surrounds the main villa (House of Mother). Right next to the living area we have the big infinity pool that boasts an incredible sea view and of the Ionian coast, till the Calabria coast 100 km away. The great lawn runs all around the house and come up on several terraces where take places flowers, Mediterranean plants, a huge collection of rare plants, an beautiful olive trees in the upper part. On the other side of the garden next to the second villa (House of Kids) there is the new tennis court (all-wheatear) and a couple of big terraces decorated with pine trees and plants.
All the garden is very well designed featured by a various scenario with many lush spots. All around is the spectacular view of the sea, that offers an incomparable view of the sunset when the sun goes down right in front of you into the sea.

Villa Pulsano consists of two houses both based on 2 levels. Coming into the property on the right we have the House of Mother (450. sq. m.), and on the left a similar property, a little bit smaller, named House of Kids (400 sq. m.). the houses are really well furnished with a contemporary style. Both the villas have been restyled in 2013 after an incredible work of research made by an Italian valuable young architect and the owners, who have collected, redesigned and bought the most part of the furniture and tapestry all over the world. i.e. Worth of note is in each rooms the combination of linens, fabrics and wardrobes. Precious furnishing has been created and customized by skillful carpenters.
House of Mother
Ground Floor: the open living area connects the indoor area with a huge outdoor living area equipped with comfortably shaded lounge seating and a dining area. there you can enjoy breathtaking views of the Ionian seas and the pool area. the indoor living area is featured by a fire place, a dining area and a modern and well equipped kitchen. 2 double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms are on ground floor. Two further bedrooms have independent access on the back of the villa.
First Floor: An external staircase will lead to the first floor, the doorway opens on a large living room. there is a living area, a TV area with a flat screen hidden and a rollaway kitchen, both hidden by wooden screens. The living area gives access to a terrace equipped with lounges and chairs. A door leads to 2 generous air- conditioned double bedrooms all with en suite bathrooms. From the terrace next to the living a further staircase will lead you to the super panoramic roof equipped as a solarium with lounges and chairs and umbrellas.
House of Kids
On the other side of the garden we find the House of Kids. On the ground floor there is a double bedroom with an independent access, a staff apartment with its own kitchen a double bedroom and en suite bathroom. On the same floor there is the access to the House of Kids with 2 other double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms with shower. Just outside these rooms there is a comfortable and shaded lounge area with sofas and chairs perfect for the aperitif time!
Along the 20 steps staircase to the first floor you´ll find 2 double bedrooms each with its en suite bathroom. At the top there is a large living area, with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a cozy. this area is connected to an elegant panoramic terrace. A last double bedroomsis on thisfloor.
Villa Pulsano is the right property for a large family reunion, having so many bedrooms and amenities and several corner able to guarantee for a large party privacy, peace and quiet. In medium and low season a part of the house can be locked to offer customized quotes for smaller parties.
