Get an insider´s view of Lecco’s old districts few visitors explore, shopping with your chef in the “bottega” to buy the best quality taleggio, pasture cheeses and bresaola before your hands-on cooking class. The class is held in a beautiful private house with garden overlooking the stunning Valsassina Valley, only 15 minutes from Lecco. The sights, the silence, the sounds and smells are something hard to describe.
Here you will be made to feel at home and you will prepare and then enjoy a traditional home cooked meal and local wine all accompanied by great company.
The menu includes Ravioli di Ricotta, Risotto with a season fresh ingredient and Tiramisù.
