Serendipity Holiday Home is a gracious independent apartment located in Montesilvano, in a quiet residential area near the beach.
The apartment is 400 meters from the sea and 100 meters from a bike path connecting Montesilvano directly to Pescara city center.
The house is in a dead end street, a quiet area only frequented by residents.
The apartment, located on the first floor of a building of 5 apartments, has a separate entrance with a staircase of 14 steps. On request you can use a private elevator for disabled people which have access to the balcony of the apartment.

The apartment features 2 spacious, bright and well furnished double bedrooms. Both rooms are at the back of the house and are very quiet.
One of the bedrooms can be converted into a twin room.
2 bathrooms are also available, one with shower, the other one with bath, and the apartment also features a washing machine.

A tour around
Montesilvano is located on the sea and is just a few kilometers from Pescara.
In addition to capital, we suggest you to visit the historic centers of Silvi, Atri, Città Sant´Angelo, Penne and Spoltore.
For a little longer trip, we suggest the nature sea reserve Punta Aderci, near Vasto Marina.
