Villa Sinalunga is a residence which dates back to the 18th Century with a total area of 350 sq. m., capable of holding 12 people with 6 double bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. The villa has a private garden with a jacuzzi for your exclusive use, as well as a swimming pool and tennis court which are both shared with the guests who use the other apartments on the estate. The house is perfect for families or large groups of friends.
External Area and Swimming Pool
The villa is in a private, fenced garden mostly made up of grass lawns, shaded by palm trees and embellished with potted plants, climbing plants and mediterranean vegetation which create a charming, relaxing atmosphere. Next to the garden, which is slightly below the villa and accessible via a few steps, you will see the windowed part of the garden with the lemon trees, perfect for outdoor meals in the summer with a dining area and a kitchen. Your private jacuzzi is in the middle of the garden and is 0.8 metres deep. The swimming pool, 15 x 7 metres with a depth from 1.4 to 2.3 metres, with hot shower and diving board, is in a park with ancient trees around 20 metres from the villa and is shared with the guests of 5 other apartments, as is the clay tennis court (also 20 metres from the villa) and the car park.

Villa Sinalunga is the main part of an 18th Century property, in a large estate measuring 3 hectares with a large park. The estate overlooks the hills around Val di Chiana, covered with woods, vineyards and olive groves, in a quiet position with a breathtaking view.
