Rooms

The pavements are all in cotto tiles, whereas the ceilings are either vault-shaped or made of wood beams. The house is on two floors with an annex nearby which includes a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom. The covered patio takes us to the front entrance of the ground floor, which includes a large living room complete with a fireplace and a tv, a dining room, a kitchen (complete with utensils), 1 bedroom with two beds and en suite bathroom with shower, WC. The first floor has three double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom with bathtub (one bathroom also has a shower and a bathtub with massaging water jets). This upper floor also has a small loggia, in which there is a living room with a charming view of the valley. The boiler is in the basement, which also has a washing machine available to the guests.

Le Scarsine is part of a large private property and olive grove, with a panoramic view of the valley surrounding the river Tiber.

The country house is fully equipped with mosquito nets in all bedrooms and has a car park on the property.

The price includes: bathroom, bedroom and kitchen linen (changed weekly) plus water, electricity and gas. Chef, babysitter and maid are available on request and are to be paid for on location.

Important information
The swimming pool is open from 15/05 to 10/10 (open from 08.00am to 08.00pm).

The country house is located between Umbria and Lazio and is easy to get to from several major motorways. The house is immersed in the countryside and offers numerous walking paths, such as a path kept by the LIPU (the Italian Bird Protection Society). The property is 107 km from Rome, 37 km from Orvieto and 17 km from Orte. The nearest supermarkets and shops are 7 km away.
