The villa has a smart interior with modern furniture and marble pavements and siding.

The house is on three floors, all connected by an indoor staircase.

The main entrance is on the ground floor and leads to the luminous living room, with sofas, a fireplace, satellite TV, DVD and CD player and French doors with access to the garden.

Two steps take you to the dining room and to the well-equipped kitchen, from which you can reach the external loggia perfect for outdoor meals.

A studio with a single sofa-bed and a guest bathroom round off the ground floor.

On the first floor, you will find 2 double bedrooms, one of which has a bathroom with shower with massaging jets and leads to a covered terrace with a stunning view, one bedroom with two beds, a bathroom with bathtub and shower.

The basement floor (accessible both from in and outdoors) has one large bedroom with two beds plus a supplementary one available, a bathroom with shower and a washing room with washing machine and dryer.

Location

The villa is located at the foot of the Versilia hills that rise to the Apuan Alps, in a quiet position along a small side road. Even if it is rural, it is close to Carrara and the beaches of Marina di Carrara. The motorway is also easy to reach.
