Casa Jonica is a holiday home with access to the beach of San Pietro in Bevagna, on the Ionian side of Northern Salento. The small villa has a furnished porch and it`s equipped with accessories such as air conditioning and washing machine. Casa Jonica accommodates up to 10 guests. Small pets are allowed.

It`s suitable for those who dreams of waking up on the beach, Casa Jonica is on a street that takes to the sea. The villa is entirely fenced and it has a video-surveillance system. It has an outdoor equipped area with porch and view on the sea. This porch, with access to the beach, is furnished with table and chairs, ideal at lunch or dinner, and with an outdoor lounge, where you can enjoy spectacular sunsets.

Casa Jonica has airy and bright rooms, perfect for a holiday home on the beach. The holiday home consists of a large living room with 2 sofa beds for two guests each, fireplace, television and dining area and a well-equipped kitchenette with washing machine.
The sleeping area consists of a bathroom with shower and two bedrooms: one double bedroom and a four-bed room with double bed and two single beds. In the courtyard there is an outdoor shower and sink and another bathroom with shower but no washbasin. Casa Jonica is equipped with air conditioning in the living room.

Casa Jonica is on the beach of San Pietro in Bevagna, at the end of a street near the city centre with its amenities. The closest beach is free, but the holiday home is within walking distance from various beach establishments. One of the famous tourist destination, famous for its crystal clear sea, is Porto Cesareo, 20 kilometers away.
