Airsuite Lodge Tent

A tent with an exceptional view over the natural world.

The Airsuite is actually a "duplex" tent, enchanting in its earthy colours and unique in its delicate, natural materials.

The ground floor is constituted by a small living area, a kitchenette with two hotplates and a sink; the rear part of the tent features a small bathroom with a shower cubicle and a sink; two shuttered doors conceal a double bed.

A little wooden staircase leads to the upper floor, which plays host to a spacious, light-filled double bedroom.

The roof comes complete with large windows with blinds, and when the front walls are completely open, a small balcony allows you to savour the view that surrounds the tent.

The accommodation comprises two bedrooms: one with a double bed (160×195 cm) equipped with a stylish leather headboard, a capacious wardrobe with sliding doors, 2 bedside tables, and direct access to the bathroom, complete with sink and toilet.
The small bedroom has 2 single beds measuring 70×190 cm, a wardrobe with sliding doors and a practical space-saving unit with shelves.

The new Mediterranea Suites, suitable for both families and couples, are perfect for those who want to spend their summer holidays near to one of Sardinia’s most famous beaches.
The suites, which are characterised by an elegant simplicity and by colour schemes that recall the northern Sardinian seaside, are detached villas that include a covered veranda where you can make the most of the fine weather to enjoy your meals al fresco, wafted by the fragrance of the sea, in the shade of our majestic pine forest; the veranda affords access to the lounge, its porcelain tiles reminiscent of the sand on the Torre del Porticciolo beach, and to the kitchen, which is equipped with a hob, a sink, a fridge and everything you could need for an unforgettable holiday.
The suites can accommodate 4 guests in two double/twin bedrooms with space for a cot. There is also a bathroom.
All of the suites come complete with LCD satellite TV, air conditioning (for an extra charge), curtains, insect screens and adjustable blinds. A free parking is available just a short distance from each suite.

An unforgettable holiday! Want to have some fun and play sports? Spend some quality time with your nearest and dearest? Re-charge your proverbial batteries? At the Torre del Porticciolo Campsite and Holiday Village, you can do all of this and much more besides!

The Villaggio Camping Torre del Porticciolo, located within the wonderful Porto Conte Nature Reserve just a few kilometres from Alghero, offers an entertainment programme and a mini-club for children right through the summer, from July to September.

For your fun-filled, sporty vacations in Sardinia, our entertainment staff offer dozens of new, engaging activities day after day.

Our qualified, attentive professionals will take good care of your children to make sure that they enjoy a holiday to remember. Your youngsters will be kept entertained by the mini-club staff, who lay on creative workshops, kids dances, face-painting, magic shows and sporting tournaments.

In this way, you can relax at the pool or on our private beach, safe in the knowledge that your children are being properly looked after. This resort is very much geared towards families, and a great deal of thought has gone in to ensuring that your stay is as carefree as possible.

For children, we offer sporting tournaments that afford the perfect opportunity for making new friends and enjoying new experiences, including the chance to meet world karate champion Cecilia Gobbino, aquagym courses, swim fitness and morning warm-up sessions.

In the evening, you can relax at our piano bar or sit back and enjoy some live music, bringing your day at the Torre del Porticciolo Campsite and Holiday Village to a delightful end.

As of this year, we offer our customers the opportunity to stay in shape thanks to our brand new outdoor gym which is accessible to everyone. The recently installed Italia Fitness Park can be used by anyone, and many exercises can be performed in it to strengthen all muscle groups. Do you like to work out alone, as a couple, or with your whole family? What are you waiting for? Come train in our new fitness park and you will discover many workout opportunities. The Fitness Park is open to guests freely available, at no charge, for use without an instructor. If you instead decide to purchase a personalized program or participate in workout groups, Cecilia, our instructor, can handle your workout. We offer various Fitness Packages with the option of individual lessons depending on your schedule and your needs. You can choose from a wide range of activities: pilates, functional training, and total body training.

We organize workout groups for a maximum of 10 people upon request and on a paid basis.

Swimming pools

Two, 20-seater Jacuzzis, excellent facilities in direct contract with nature

For your leisure on those days when you don’t feel like going to the beach, the Villaggio Camping Torre del Porticciolo offers two outdoor swimming pools, one for adults and one for children.

Recently renovated and ideal for refreshing dips, the two swimming pools also play host to various sporting activities during the day, such as aqua gym, morning warm-up and the diving club, with free trials for adults and children.

For the youngsters, on various occasions during the week in the swimming pool area we offer face-painting, kids dances and a bubble workshop. Everything is co-ordinated by our entertainment staff, who are always on-hand to ensure that you have fun here, whatever your age.

In our Holiday Village and Campsite with swimming pool, the safety of you and your children is guaranteed by the constant presence of our lifeguard, while relaxation is assured thanks to the sun loungers and parasols that are available for use by the whole family. Moreover, the entire area is covered by free Wi-Fi.

The swimming pool for adults is semi-Olympic, making it perfect for long, refreshing swims. Just a few metres away, you will find a bar that is ideal for the quick snack or a poolside cocktail.

Here at the village, there are also two new sea-view Jacuzzis, each accommodating up to 20 guests, to allow you to sit back and admire the wonderful scenery of the bay of Torre del Porticciolo.

Private Beach

Our private beach is perfect for families with children of all ages, and is located just 150 metres from the holiday village/campsite. Here, you can re-charge your proverbial batteries like never before, thanks to the privacy and the wealth of amenities offered by our beach resort...

Immersed in the spectacular scenery of the Porto Conte National Park, just a short distance from the city of Alghero, the Torre del Porticciolo holiday village is a resort like no other, facing out over the bay of the same name, which includes a private beach for the use of guests staying at the village.

The beach is situated just a few metres from our accommodation units and the campsite pitches. It is fully equipped with parasols and sun loungers, and even plays host to a snack bar, huts and hot and cold showers. In short, we offer the perfect package for making the most of your days at the seaside in this spectacular part of north-western Sardinia.

On our private beach, as well as savouring the sunshine and the crystal clear water, you can also hire a canoe and head off to discover the park’s most exclusive bays and beaches, which can only be reached by sea.

The Torre del Porticciolo private beach is ideal for families with children large and small, thanks to its shallow sea bed and mixture of sand and pebbles. It is also a great choice for lovers of the natural world and, in particular, snorkelling enthusiasts: the sea bed here is awash with fish, and the bay is surrounded by a promontory from which you can marvel at the breathtaking panorama; indeed, overlooking the beach is the 17th-century tower from which the place takes its name.

Access to the private beach resort is subject to an extra charge (NB there is also a free section of the beach, where you can use your own parasols and beach towels). Here are the daily rates for our service (price for 1 parasol + 2 sun loungers):

The installation of the resort facilities is subject to the issuing of an annual licence.
As such, until the licence-renewal process is complete, we cannot provide specific information on when the facilities will be in place.

Booking guidelines: by reserving the beach service at the same time as you book your accommodation unit/pitch, you can get a 10% discount on the cost of the service. Depending on availability, the beach service can also be booked on site (no discount shall apply for on-site booking). The Beach Pass (“Pass Spiaggia”) can be collected on arrival at Reception, from 10am on your arrival day, and must be handed back at the end of your stay (by 10am on your check-out day). The beach service must be paid for in full when collecting the Pass.

Beach Service Cancellation: in the event of termination/cancellation of the beach service, the full amount paid shall be withheld. No reimbursements shall be offered for the impossibility of using the service in the event of bad weather. Included in the price: 1 Parasol + 2 Sun Loungers.

Private beach guidelines: the beach is supervised by lifeguards during the hours prescribed by law. On the stretch of beach reserved for guests staying at the Camping Village Torre del Porticciolo it is prohibited to: use the parasols if you do not have a Beach Pass; use parasols other than the one allotted to you; remove sun loungers from nearby parasols; place small parasols between the rows; bring your own sun loungers or move the holiday village’s sun loungers to the shoreline; play racquet sports; play football; fly kites in front of the parasol area; place beach towels in front of the parasol area.

Restaurant - Pizzeria

The “I Velieri” restaurant in the “Torre del Porticciolo” holiday village bases its cuisine on a careful mix of the gastronomic traditions of the town of Alghero in particular and Sardinia in a more general way.

The agropastoral culture and agriculture itself are the key influences over the traditional cuisine of the island of Sardinia: simple but original, it is rich in ingredients and offers up a wealth of honest, unfussy flavours, aromatised with herbs such as myrtle, rosemary and helichrysum. The staples here are roast meats, dairy products, salami, bread, sweets and wines. Our seafood dishes take their cue from Catalan, Spanish, Sardinian and Genoese recipes, which have gradually been transformed while conserving and making the most of the authentic nature of the fish caught in Sardinia, where the seas are among the most generous anywhere in the Mediterranean.

At our Restaurant, you will find all manner of dishes, encompassing everything from the typical specialities of Sardinian cuisine to the authentic fish-based fare of the Algherese kitchen. You can also savour excellent pizzas and mixed platters, accompanied by high-quality wines from the Santa Maria La Palma winery, made using grapes cultivated in the vineyards located in the surrounding area. You can take your seat and order from the menu. We also offer half-board and full-board packages, which can be purchased during booking or on-site at the start of your holiday, and last for the entire duration of your stay. Gluten-free dishes are available. If you want to dine at your accommodation you can benefit from our convenient takeaway service .

From the end of July to the last Saturday of August, we organise folk evenings with tastings of roast suckling pig and Sardinian cheeses, accompanied by Sardinian folk dancing and by the live cooking of seadas, a typical local sweet prepared in-house and served with marmalade made using home-grown oranges.

The strong flavours and body of typical Sardinian cookery are enhanced in dishes that come from the interior of the island.

Bar - Market - Boutique

The Camping Village Torre del Porticciolo offers guests two different bars, one next to the swimming pools and the other just a stone´s throw from some of the most beautiful beaches in the Mediterranean...

You can relax in these shaded oases, savouring our iced myrtle, amid the palms, pines and oleanders, or quench your thirst as you enjoy a fantastic sunset at our beach bar, with its wide terrace affording views over the bay of the Porticciolo.

At the central bar, just a few yards from the swimming pools, you can purchase the breakfast service. In addition, ice creams, snacks and warm panini are available to buy throughout the day.

We also have a well-stocked supermarket, where you can find all manner of different products, from mouthwatering Sardinian foodstuffs such as authentic local cheeses, salami and sweets to the wonderful wines made in this part of the island.

In our boutique, you can browse and purchase the typical pieces of jewellery made with coral: the “red gold” collected from the seabed along our very own riviera.
