Blue Gem Villa is an exclusive holiday home in Torre Lapillo, only 1,2 km far from the beautiful sandy beaches and 600 meters far from the centre of the seaside town, with bar and restaurants reachable on foot.

White and blue are the main colors on its palette, the password: relax. And then the Mediterranean: the chromatic details recall Greece, many architectural details recall the Moorish and Arab style, common in the South of Italy.

It’s hard to resist the temptation of jumping in the crystal clear water of the pool and then tanning on the deckchairs in the solarium, while drinking a glass of Negramaro wine and eating the tarallini, waiting for the dinner, cooked on the built-in barbecue grill.

And then, all around you, a 200-square-meter garden and a shaded equipped porch.

This is a two-floor house: on the ground floor there is the living room with open kitchen (and air conditioning) and a bathroom with shower. There is also a comfortable king-size sofa bed.

The staircase leads you to the first floor of the villino and, through the air-conditioned hallway, you arrive at the two bedrooms: one with king-size bed, television and balcony, ideal to eat breakfast in the morning and the other with queen-size bed.

You can arrive at the roof up a spiral staircase.
