4* Maison Venezia | UNA Esperienze

Set near the Grand Canal in the peaceful Cannaregio district of Venice, Maison Venezia | UNA Esperienze is a 10-minute walk from the Rialto Bridge, and 15 minutes from St. Mark´s Square. The elegant and spacious rooms have flat-screen satellite TVs.

Rooms also feature the exclusive Pillow Wow menu, which offers different shapes and types of pillow, each made from natural, hypoallergenic materials. Free WiFi is available throughout.

The buffet breakfast at UNA Venezia includes a range of hot and cold choices. Later, you can relax in the lounge, while free tea, coffee and prosecco are served before dinner.

The staff can organise theatre and museum tickets, as well as airport transfers. The water-bus stop for links to Murano, Burano and Torcello is just a 5-minute walk away. The Alilaguna blue line also stops here.

Cannaregio is a great choice for travellers interested in walking, photography and city walks.

4* Santa Chiara Hotel

Offering views of the Grand Canal, Hotel Santa Chiara & Residenza Parisi is next to the ferry terminal and airport coach stop in Piazzale Roma, and 200 m from Venezia Santa Lucia Train Station. The Papadopoli Gardens are next door.

The hotel is located in the only area of the historic centre that can be reached by car. It is the only hotel in Venice that has its own private car park, available on request.

Guest rooms in the main building of Hotel Santa Chiara are decorated in a traditional, Venetian design. Facilities include air conditioning, satellite TV, and a private bathroom with free toiletries and a hairdryer. Some rooms feature a balcony with unique views of the gardens, the Grand Canal, or the square.

Some rooms are housed in the Residenza Parisi, located 150 m from the main building. Rooms in the annex feature simpler décor. All air conditioned, they come with a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a minibar and a private bathroom.

Breakfast is continental style and can also be enjoyed in your room at no extra cost. Drinks are also available at the bar.

Santa Croce is a great choice for travellers interested in city walks, atmosphere and sightseeing.

A deposit of 30% is required at time of booking.

Cancellations received within 30 days of departure date are subject to the following penalties on the land portion:

    Up to 4 weeks prior to departure, any deposit will be forfeited.
    29-15 days - 25% of the cost of the holiday per person is forfeited;
    14-5 days - 50% of the cost of the holiday per person is forfeited;
    4-0 days - 100% of the cost of the holiday per person is forfeited.

The above mentioned conditions may vary in high season months according to the accommodation properties’ cancellation policies. All cancellation charges apply to each person covered by a booking.

Balances are due 4 weeks before departure.
Payments are only accepted via electronic bank transfer.
Prices, taxes & availability are subject to change.
Travel documents will be sent in digital format 2 weeks before departure.
