Even the interior is welcoming, well maintained and harmonious, with its colors and furniture. The Giardini di Marzo is accessible through a large hall: on the right there is a quadruple room with a bunk bed and on the left a double bedroom. From here you enter the large living room with a furnished dining area and a living room with a fireplace and couches, one of which is a bed for two persons. The kitchen is equipped and has a dishwasher. There are 2 bathrooms, one is equipped with a shower. The doors and windows are provided with mosquito nets and bars. Furthermore the villa is equipped with air conditioning, parking space, alarm and WiFi internet. There are also 4 free bicycles available.

The villa Guagnano Gardens Villa is located in the countryside of Guagnano, an area of Alto Salento known for the production of Negroamaro wine, to which various cultural summer initiatives are dedicated. The center of Guagnano, where the most important commercial services are present, is just 1.5 kilometers from the villa. The beaches of Torre Lapillo and Porto Cesareo are 20 km away and can be reached in less than half an hour by car. Even Lecce is around 25 km away.
