A renovated Church dating back to 1500, that is now a suggestive villa, just 5 minutes from the beaches of Gallipoli.

Welcome to Villa Baia Verde, an important proof of the local baroque architecture, a Church that once was dedicated to Madonna del Carmine, hence the name.

The whole estate consists of a wide garden, an apartment situated on the first floor of the church and a fully independent outbuilding that benefits from its unique position: just five minutes, on foot, from the beaches of Baia Verde in Gallipoli, but far from the chaos and traffic of the well-know seaside town.

The Villa

The villa consists of three living spaces, with wooden ceilings and large glass walls that face the garden. From the living room equipped with adjacent kitchenette, you arrive to the two bedrooms and bathrooms, one of which is complete and the other equipped with toilet, sink and shower.

The overall area of the villa is divided into two parts: the covered one, circa 70 square meters and a porch (circa 60 square meters) situated on the main facade, perfect for lunches and dinners close to nature.

The guest house

The apartment is fully independent and it`s on the first floor. You can access it from the large garden that surrounds the church, thanks to a little staircase. The rooms, with barrel vault, are well-lighted and ventilated.

The apartment consits of a living room with kitchenette, two master bedrooms, two bathrooms (a bathroom and a toilet), for an overall area of 60 covered square meters and additional 20 square meters gained from the terrace, where you can have dinner while watching the view on Baia Verde.
