In the heart of the Itria Valley, one of the most beautiful areas in Apulia, this villa is a comfortable house with swimming pool, garden, barbecue, internet and so much more, near Ostuni, the White City. The modern house is well equipped and it`s ideal for up to 6 guests. Pets are allowed.

Between the white of the stones and the green of the lawn and fruit trees, there is the blue of the pool. All around the pool there is a solarium area with sunbeds, where it is possible to drink a cocktail, read a book or cook on the barbecue. The outdoor areas are comfortable and there is a spacious covered patio ideal at lunch or dinner.

The rooms are cozy with a simple and refined furniture. The exclusive villa consists of a spacious living room with dining area and television and a comfortable sofa bed for two. The hallway separates the living room from the well-equipped kitchen with microwave oven, electric oven, dishwasher, electric kettle, Nespresso coffee machine and toaster.

The sleeping area consists of one double bedroom and one bedroom with queen size bed, which is the oldest area of the house and a bathroom with shower. Both rooms have barrel vaults, typical of Apulia, and are furnished with elements characterized by light shades. The villa has two bathrooms: one in the sleeping area and one is outside, with two additional outdoor showers.

The Villa is in the perfect position: surrounded by nature and a few kilometers away from the Apulian sea. The stay combines the relaxing days by the Adriatic beaches and by the pool and the trips to the most famous towns of Itria Valley and Northern Salento such as Ostuni, Cisternino, Martina Franca and Ceglie Messapica, which are a short drive away. The villa is less than 5 minutes` drive away from a minimarket.
