The charming villa, finely restored has all the modern comforts, a magnificent pool and is located in the countryside between Ceglia Messapica, Cisternino and Martina Franca. A special area to spend your vacation in Puglia in total relaxation, with its typical Mediterranean scents. It can accommodate up to 8 people. Pets are accepted upon request.  

The lush vegation truly embellished the property. The outdoor spaces are furnished so you can have lunch and dinner or lay back and relax underneath the shades of the roof made out of straw. There`s a kitchenette with oven, barbecue and sink. The small path full of well-kept plants and bushes, with lighting, leads to the solarium, the pool and the stone terrace, that are shaded by the leaves of ancient oak tree. Ìt’s the ideal place for children to play games or have a nice quiet evening.  

The design of the villa recalls the typical style of Salento during the last century, with exposed stone and furnishings that are inspired by an industrial style. Particularly comfortable is the dining room with a small kitchenette and a bathroom with washing machine.

The typical sleeping area consists of a quadruple with 2 sofa beds, one double bedroom on a mezzanine and bathroom with shower, one twin bedroom with bunk bed and bathroom with shower and one double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower and tub. This last room has also access to the external courtyard that has an outdoor shower. Each room has a door/window that leads to the garden.

This is the ideal house for those who like to get away from it all and want to stay at peace surrounded by the lush and wild nature of the Itria Valley. However the location allows you to reach by car the most famous places of the region and the shores of the higher part of Salento, both on the Ionian and Adriatic coast. According to the direction of wind, you can choose where to go. The towns of Ostuni and Martina Franca are worth visiting.
