The veranda around the villa is like a balcony overlooking the sea, the ideal place to relax, have lunches and outdoor dinner overlooking the sea. With the barbecue grills you can cook fantastic dinners for your guests, underneath the sky full of stars. In addition to the large table and chairs, the veranda with wooden roof also welcomes a sitting area with sofas for reading and relaxation.

The villa has several parking places that are completely fenced.

Furniture are chosen with attention to detail, everything is designed to offer maximum comfort during your stay. The living area has large windows that lighten up the whole living room which is divided into the living room with TV and sofas, one of them is double for 2 people, and a dining room. From here you can enter the well-equipped kitchen, with electric oven and dishwasher. Near the living area there is a bathroom with a small closet and a washing machine.

The sleeping area is introduced by a large hallway that separates the 4 bedrooms: 1 double, 1 double with added single bed, 1 double with ensuite bathroom, and 1 bedroom with a French bed ideal for an adult or two children. Two independent shower rooms complete the sleeping area. Each room has air conditioning and mosquito nets on the windows.

The nearest beaches are those of Lido Pizzo about 5 kilometers, and Punta della Suina, about 7 kilometers. The center of Torre Suda, however, is located 200 meters from the villa. Nearby, just 50 meters away, there is the Lido Mahja with services such as bar, restaurant and a beach. With the same services, at 100 meters, there is also the Solatio beach, also open at night.
