The villa was built as supply to the antique sighting tower and it’s only 3 kilometers away from the sandy beaches of Carovigno, in High Salento. It consists of 5 bedrooms, with private bathrooms and it can accommodate up to 12 guests.

The luxuriant countryside that surrounds Olive Tree Tower is mainly Mediterranean scrub, with succulent plants and aromatic plants by the path that leads you to the villa and the pool (20 m x 4 m) with gazebo and solarium. The outdoor space is equipped with outdoor furniture, table and kitchenette with sink and built-in barbecue grill. The view on the sea and on the olive trees make Olive Tree Tower a unique holiday home where you can spend your relaxing vacation close to nature. The villa is equipped with every comfort: washing machine, dishwasher, wifi connection and air conditioning. The house consists of a large living room with American-style kitchen and sitting area with television; through a passage you arrive at the two-floor tower: on the ground floor there is a twin bedroom with toilet, sink and shower and on the first floor a large master bedroom with bathroom. On the other side of the living room, from a hallway, you arrive at the three bedrooms (2 master bedrooms and one twin bedroom), each with private shower and sink. The bedrooms share the room with toilet and the laundry room. The special position of Olive Tree Tower allows you to arrive at the Adriatic coast easily, at the golden beaches of Torre Guaceto, Lido Specchiolla e Torre Santa Sabina.
