Rooms

Double and triple rooms are available, as well as adjoining rooms accommodating 4-5 people (with door between the rooms). Rooms with balcony and/or view of the sea are available upon request and payment. Rooms for disabled people are available upon request.
 
CLASSIC ROOMS - are equipped with individually-controlled air-conditioning, telephone, TV, fridge, safe and bathroom with shower or with bathtub and hairdryer.
 
PREMIUM ROOMS - in addition are equipped with an espresso coffee machine, Wi-Fi internet connection, a 32-inch TV, one beach towel per person (aged 3+) which is exchanged for a clean towel weekly (more frequent towel changes have an extra cost).
 
COMFORT ROOMS - are also available. In addition to the Premium” Rooms equipment, the accommodation in a “Comfort” Rooms includes a 32-inch TV with SKY Italia and applications for internet use, open minibar (water, 2 canned beverages and beer), one beach towel per person (aged 3+) changed daily, reserved table in the restaurant, beach umbrella in the central part of the beach.

FAMILY ROOMS - Consists of two communicating rooms (separated by a door), with two 32’ TVs with Sky Italia channels suitable for children, one bathroom, on the first floor, without balcony and/or sea view. This accommodation includes 2 Serenella customized beach towels.

CHECKING IN AND CHECKING OUT FOR ROOMS AND BEACH UMBRELLAS

Please let us know if you want to start your stay with a lunch or a dinner: if your stay starts with the dinner, then lunch on the day of departure is included (may be replaced by a packed lunch, on request); if the stay starts with lunch, the last meal included is breakfast. Roomkeys and beach umbrellas will be available by 4pm on your day of arrival. We cannot guarantee an early availability in case of a stay starting at lunch. On the day of departure, rooms and beach umbrella must be returned by 10am. On arrival and departure guests can use the changing rooms with showers in the hall area and the unsupervised left luggage area.

LATE CHECK-OUT
By reserving our “Late Check-out” option (upon payment, availability limited) rooms and beach umbrellas are available until 2.15pm on the day of departure (Delayed Check-out can be requested upon booking or book on site within 2 days before the departure).

Other information

Lots of quality services and equipment are available to our Guests:

• Large thermal water pool about 550 m2 (depth from 50 to 200 cm) with waterslides and hydromassage.
• Large thermal water pool for swimming 15mt x 33mt (depth from 145 to 180 cm)
• For the children in Serenino Club there is the Junior freshwater swimming-pool in the Mini Club area. Children who are not in the Serenino Club can access the club’s swimming pool at specific times (access allowed to children aged 0 to 6, with their parents)
• Children’s big playground with big games, springs, swings, slides and more
• 2 restaurant rooms air-conditioned with a rich catering service and show-cooking
• Mum & Baby kitchen, accessible 24 hours a day. Assistance is provided and basic foods are available at main mealtimes

The village has a shopping mall, a general store and boutiques, newsagent, a tobacconist, a cash-point, a church, conference rooms, unguarded parking (on payment).

Sport, fitness and wellness

For fitness lovers, in addition to an indoors equipped gym-fitness area with isotonic machines, dumbbells, Race Walker, spinning bikes, group gymnastics, and assistance from our qualified staff at fixed times: many other activities from the “morning muscular wake-up” to “stretch and tone”, Total Body and Acquagym, Acqua Boxe, Nordic Walking and Pilates. The following facilities are available:
 

• five-a-side soccer field with artificial grass and night lighting - 37mt x 23mt
• Two tennis courts and night lighted - 39mt x 18mt
• A multi-purpose sports field nigh lighted - basketball, tennis
• Bowls courts provided with kit bowls and night lighted
• Beach Tennis
• Archery - maximum distance: 20m
• Table tennis
• San Domenico Golf’s 18-hole course and a riding-stables are a few kilometres away
• Table-football

Beach

The wide and private sandy beach of GranSerena Hotel is equipped with beach umbrellas, sun-beds and deckchairs, changing rooms and showers, bar, help and info desk.
 
The beach is 200mt from the rooms and can be reached on foot. Our guests can use sailing boats (not when group lessons are scheduled) windsurfs, canoes and pedaloes. Sea bathing is safe up to 20mt from the shore (shallow water). The water is only 60cm deep at a distance of 5mt from the shore. Seabed features may vary in time. The facilities have no architectural barriers. The beach is accessible to people with reduced mobility and upon request wheelchairs can be rented. No personal escorting services are provided. Bathing assistance is available on selected hours, posted at the pool area.

The Entertainment staff will offer every day: Fitness warm-up exercises “Stretch and Tone”, Sailing, lessons (group classes), Sport tournaments, Acquagym, Group dancing on the beach, “Beach Game/Event".

SERENELLA BEACH
"Serenella beach" is well-equipped area on the beach, reserved for kids of Serenino.

BEACH ASSISTANCE | PUNTO BLU
The Blue Point staff on the beach assigns beach umbrellas, chairs and sunbeds. They also provide general information on the village and entertainment activities. Air compressor available for inflatables.
 
WIND
The northwest, north and levanter winds provide ideal conditions for practicing any sailing sport. Just at 1km from the holiday club, Lido Bizzarro is the perfect place for windsurf and kite surf lovers.

Entertainment

Bluserena has one of the best Italian Entertainment Staff with a team of over 40 entertainment staff. The task and goal of our "DreamTeam" is to make your holiday unique, exciting and unforgettable. The entertainment staff offers not only fun but also punctual and reliable services, for adults and children, individuals and families (from sport to entertainment, from excursion to children assistance). The Bluserena DreamTeam is always ready to surprise and amaze you with their energy and liveliness.

A typical day at GranSerena Hotel (possibility of change in the schedule).
 
MORNING: Mini, Teeny and Junior Club start, Morning Muscular Wake-up”, Nordic Walking with qualified instructors, “Stretch and Tone”, free group sport lessons, Acquagym, the “Beach Game”, and the “Bluserena Song” to sing along with the entertainment staff.
 
AFTERNOON: The “Coffee Game” with live music, Mini, Teeny and Junior Club start, sport and card tournaments, individual sport lessons (upon payment), group dancing and sea outings with nautical equipment.
 
EVENING: Serenino dance, Evening serenino, theatre performances, live music, outdoor dance-hall, theme parties in the village or beach.

GREAT SHOWS: A full programme of shows from musicals to cabaret and from comedy to variety. Attention is paid to every detail from choreography to costumes with aim to offers you "show" of quality. But not only entertainment: in prime and second time, dance and parties are available with games and performances of Guests in the open-air theatre or in other parts of the village.

BLUSERENA BAILA: Every type of dance lesson every day, to experience the rhythms of the whole world! From Salsa, Merengue and Bachata, without neglecting group and ballroom dancing.

 
BLUSERENA CIRCUS: The whole family will have fun with the bluserena circus, learning the fundamentals of circus acts, juggling, acrobatics and clowneries service available from 4 june to 8 september 2018.

TOURNAMENTS: Many tournaments are organized from the Bluserena entertainment staff: 5-a-side soccer, Beach Volley, Tennis, Basket, Archery, Sailing, Canoeing, Scala 40 single, Burraco, Scopone, Briscola, Texas Hold´ em, Table Soccer. From 13 to 16 September 2018, the best customers will challenge each other at Serena Majestic Hotel.

PUNTO GIALLO - INFORMATION SERVICE: Located in the commercial gallery, it provides our customers with all the information on programmes, entertainment activities, tournaments, sport lessons, evening shows and any other aspect related to life in the village. At the yellow point, you can book guided trips to the surrounding destinations.

Our entertainment staff takes care of children with dedicates activities and games for an enjoyable vacation dedicated to fun, sport and creativity. Our facilities are dedicated and tailor-made, modern and regularly reviewed, to ensure security and comfort.

SERENINO EVENING
Kids 3- to 10-year old children can spend carefree and fun evenings with their new friends, continuing the activities with the qualified assistance of our staff and a programme consisting of games, themed parties and much more. The service is available in all Bluserena Villages, every day except Sundays, from 9.30 to 11.30pm, from 4 June to 8 September.
