The villa is located within a small residential village (liberty) and 500 meters from the center of Villanova, a small fishing village, perhaps the most characteristic seaside town of Ostuni, because of its tourist harbor and the fortress castle from the 15th century. Every service is within walking distance: restaurants, bars, pharmacy, mini market, fishing shops,boat rentals, muffins and bakeries. Also Ostuni, the most famous resort in the Valle d`Itria, is only 7 km away.
