Ground floor: 1 kitchen equipped with crockery, moka coffee machine and espresso, dishwasher. 1 living room 1 bathroom, 1 storage room with iron and ironing board, washing machine, household products, brooms, etc.

First Floor: 5 double bedrooms (2 of which connected with a shared bathroom) and 4 bathrooms.

Dependance adjacent to the main building consisting of a double bedroom with bathroom.

Outdoor areas: large garden with 2 relaxation areas with gazebo, chairs and umbrellas. BBQ area annexed to the main building with gazebo and stone bbq. About 20 meters from the main building is the swimming pool (6x10mt about, 1.40 depth). Restored cottage for readings and tastings, table tennis, bowls and bicycles.
