White Dream Villa is a recently built property located in the pristine countryside of the Itria Valley near Ostuni. The property is equipped with all amenities, it is spread over an area of 7.500 square meters with olive grove and other local flora, characterized by dry stone walls and traditional little houses called “trulli”.
The property comprises a main building and a “trullo” offering accommodation in total for up to eight guests.
The beautiful pool and terrace with solarium is a perfect place where you can spend most of our time surrounded by olive trees and the typical Mediterranean plants that adorn the flower beds.
The main villa is distinguished by modern minimalist design. The entrance leads upstairs to the spacious living/dining room with open-plan kitchen and lounge area with TV. This area features a balcony with panoramic view of the pool where you can enjoy sunrise, the terrace where you can have lunch and dinner with a full privacy, and finally the back shaded porch equipped with elegant sofas for a perfect relax in the afternoon. The room has a sofa bed and a bathroom with shower.
A flight of internal stairs leads to the ground floor, which houses two double bedrooms, each one features an exit to the solarium / pool, and served by a bathroom with a shared shower (with access from both bedrooms). The beds in the rooms can also be divided.
A characteristic “trullo” which is a small annex is located at the distance of about 40 meters from the main house and features a double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower.
White Dream Villa has also an excellent position, within easy reach there are beautiful towns of Ostuni (4 km) and Ceglie Messapica (6 km) famous for its` gastronomic tradition. The sandy beaches of the Adriatic coast are at the distance of about 13 km (15 minutes` drive).
