Villa Ostuni Marina is an exceptional beachfront house with large garden, located at less than 15 meters from the coast featuring a private access to the enchanting sea of Ostuni. The house is located in the village of Lido Fontanelle near Ostuni, is only 400 metri from Lido del Plaia and a bit more distant from the Baia dei Camerini, which is a free beach of fine sand; both beaches are within short walking distance.
Outside the property has a large garden of 350 sqm, here guests can spend most of their time lounging on the lawns and enjoying the pleasant sea breeze in absolute privacy or even roasting meat on the barbecue with their friends. The larger village of Villanova which is located about 1 km from the house, offers even more services as pharmacy, supermarket, shop for fishing, boat rental, bakeries, as well as bars and restaurants) so guests can spend their holiday leaving only for visiting the beautiful towns of Salento and the Itria Valley.
In summer, even without a car you can simply move across the area: in Camerini there is a bust stop, so you can easily reach the railway station of Ostuni or its old center..
